Jim: Having always loved taking images, I was pulled into the professional end of photography in High School assisting a friend’s father photographing weddings. I opened my first studio in 1990, and have gone through stages of different genres of photography. From doing 70 weddings in one year to traveling with dance competitions across the country, I have enjoyed it all! What adventure will we find next?

Barbara: I have always loved photography, even a young age, I was always with a camera in my hands. But, I have always loved the field of nursing. I started in the health field in 1979 and then became a nurse in 2002. Recently retired, so I now work along side Jim, my husband, as a full time photographer. I love candid photos, and getting the natural unexpected hug, laugh or emotion that comes from the heart. So together, I feel we are an awesome team.
